Do you have a BOYL (Build on Your Own Lot) program?
Yes, we do! We are happy to help you and your family build your dream home in an established community or on your own lot. Our team is very knowledgeable in the process and would love to speak with you about making our house, your home!
Where do you build?
Reece Homes currently builds in Bryan, College Station and Iola. We are expanding into other parts of the Brazos Valley and will soon be building in Caldwell and Navasota!
How long will it take for my new home to be built?
The timeline for building your home depends on a few things. The community itself might require some additional time to prepare the lot or have specific requirements that must be followed before your home can start. On average, homes take approximately seven to nine months from contract to close, and additional issues like weather delays, product availability, and holidays can alter the timeline.
Do you have a Design Studio?
Yes, we do! Our brand-new, state-of-the-art Design Studio, is open five days a week. Our incredibly talented Design Team is available by appointment to help you with all of the selections for your home. We offer a wide variety of beautiful finishes and selections that maintain current market trends all under one roof!
