With on-site drafting, Reece Homes makes customization more seamless from the start. Instead of sending changes through a third party, our drafting team works directly with you and your homebuilding team to make updates in-house. That means faster turnarounds, easier collaboration, and a more direct path from your ideas to the home you envision.

Pre-Start
Floor Plan & Homesite Review
Meet with the Construction Manager and review your specific floor plan, noting all options and customizations. Together, you’ll also walk your home site, noting setbacks and orientations. No changes can be made at this meeting.
