What People Are Saying
Testimonials
We know that we build top-quality homes. But making our buyers happy is what really drives us to do what we do. We love hearing from them, and are delighted to share their thoughts on how we did.

Our experience with Avonley was such a huge blessing. Everyone we worked with was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. There were many visions that I had for my home and they listened to all of them and really helped bring it to life. I couldnt be anymore satisfied with the whole experience from start to finish.

The team at Reece Homes was wonderful throughout the entire process. Natalie was fantastic during our selections process and construction was ready to answer any questions or tackle any concerns that came up during the build as well. We love our new home and would absolutely recommend Reece Homes to anyone who asked.

We toured many homes in BCS. However, when we walked into this Avonley house, it felt like home. We have now moved into our new home for two months and we fall in love with everything inside & out every day!

By far the most pleasant construction project we have ever had done. The attention to detail was outstanding. Mike Barton (construction manager) is GREAT! Very knowledgeable and always took time with us when we had question/concerns. This will be our final home but if anyone asked for a recommendation hands down we would recommend Reece Homes as the builder of choice!!

Our experience with Reece Homes has been fantastic in every aspect! First and foremost, the house is absolutely beautiful. It combines aesthetic elegance with practicality in a thoughtfully designed balance. We bought our home mid construction, only having a rough idea of how the finished product would look like, since we were looking for a specific floor plan within our budget. As the house came together, it exceeded our best expectations and we fully appreciated how talented Reece’s design team is. I truly could not imagine how beautiful it would look in the end simply by looking at the elevation plans. Second, it has been a pleasure to work with the sales representative Andrew, and the superintendent Mike. Andrew was excellent at keeping us informed throughout construction, and in getting back to us with any and all requests we had. As an example, prior to going to contract, we requested hardwood throughout the house instead of the planned carpet in secondary bedrooms (of course, with associated costs), and they promptly obliged. Throughout construction, we have exchanged dozens of messages with Andrew, and we have been very impressed by his professionalism and positive attitude. Lastly, our experience has been great even after closing. For example, we noticed that one of the windows was misaligned, something we had missed during our earlier inspections. After filing a warranty request (which is the standard procedure for having repairs done after closing), the issue was promptly and professionally addressed by Andrew, Mike and the Reece team. A new window frame was ordered, and within weeks is was installed in our home. As first time buyers, we were very cautious and a bit stressed with the home-buying process. But Reece Homes has made it as smooth as possible, and after two months of moving in, we feel really happy about our choice. All that planning payed off, and we believe our house is perfect for what we need! We highly recommend Reece Homes.

Building a new home is never easy, there are always little things that come up, and it can be frustrating at times. But Avonley Homes really did a great job and made the process as smooth as it could be. I'm very happy with the way everything turned out. Andrew Ling was especially great to work with. His communication was always clear, and he paid attention to the details that mattered. Austin, the superintendent, was also awesome. He made sure things were getting done right. Like with any new build, I had a lot of questions and things I wanted to add or remove, and the Avonley team listened, followed through, and genuinely tried to do things right. I appreciated their professionalism and responsiveness the whole way through. I would definitely recommend Avonley Homes if you are thinking about building.
