Step One
Visit A Model Home.
Come experience the quality and craftsmanship of Reece Homes and Avonley Homes in person. Visit the Reece Homes model at 7004 Skipping Rock Path or explore Avonley Homes at 2354 Sudden Breeze and 3105 Normandy Way.
Tour the homes, experience the layouts, and discover the thoughtful details that make each one feel uniquely yours. Our teams are available to answer your questions, discuss available homes and floor plans, and help you determine which option best fits your lifestyle.

Step Two
Meet Our Sales Team.
Our Sales Team would love to sit down for a cup of coffee with you and learn more about the kind of home you and your family want. We will provide you with the information that you need to move forward with your home building journey in the dwelling you will be provided with key pricing, standard and included features, and any additional neighbourhood specific information.

With more than 700 homes completed since 2014, our experienced team makes the building process clear, collaborative, and rewarding. From choosing your floor plan to the final walkthrough, we listen, communicate, and guide you every step of the way—so you can feel confident in the home you’ve built.
Step Three
Find Your Homesite.
Reece Homes offers available homesites in several desirable communities throughout the Brazos Valley. Our team can help you find the right location for your family and guide you through the next steps.
With an in-house drafting team, you can select your homesite, choose a floor plan, and begin designing a home that fits your lifestyle all in one streamlined process.
Step Four
Financing? We Have You Covered.
If you need a Pre-Approval for your new home, ask us about our “Reece Homes Award Program.” We would be delighted to help guide you through this process as well.
Step Five
Home Sweet Home.
Once you have selected your lot and your plan, you will complete a “Base Price Sales Agreement” with your Sales Counselor. Your “Sales Agreement” will consist of making an “Earnest Money Deposit” to enter our pre-construction process. Depending on how you acquire your home, this deposit will either be credited towards your down payment or your cash purchase.
Step Six
You’re Ready For The Design Studio.
After signing your New Home Sales Agreement, you’ll meet with one of our in-house Designers to schedule your design appointment. Explore a thoughtfully curated selection of finishes, fixtures, and products chosen through years of experience to help you create a home that reflects your style and feels uniquely yours.

Step Seven
You are Officially Under Contract.
Once you’ve selected your ideal homesite, floor plan, and design features, it’s time to finalize your New Home Sales Agreement. This important step brings your vision one step closer to reality and officially begins the homebuilding process with Reece Homes.
